The challenge

A store that looked
like it was left behind.

InforSolutions Gaming is an IT and gaming retail store based in Almada, Portugal. They had a loyal local customer base but a website that couldn't keep up with outdated design, no e-commerce capability, and no way to convert online interest into sales.

Every competitor had a crammed, busy page that felt overwhelming. The opportunity was to go the opposite direction, clean, focused, and built around how customers actually browse and buy.

The brief covered everything from visual identity through to the full technical stack, a complete digital build from scratch.

The design principle

No e-commerce capability

The existing site had no ability to sell online, no product catalogue, no basket, no payment processing. Every sale required a phone call or in-person visit.

Outdated visual identity

The brand looked dated compared to larger competitors. Inconsistent design across materials was eroding customer trust before a product was even viewed.

No data or analytics

Without GA4 or any tracking in place, there was no visibility into where customers were coming from, what they were viewing, or where they were dropping off.

No back-office infrastructure

Stock management, customer records and order fulfilment were all manual. The new site needed to build this infrastructure from scratch alongside the front end.

The approach

Clean design.

This wasn't just a redesign, it was a complete digital build. The visual direction came first: neutral colours, clear typography, no unnecessary noise. A window-shop feel where the products could speak for themselves.

Then the technical stack was built around it, e-commerce, payments, stock management, customer records, analytics and geolocation, all integrated into a single platform the client could manage independently.

Launched on Squarespace with Stripe, Google Workspace and GA4, everything connected from day one.

Clean catalogue design

Products displayed with quick-view panels showing the necessary information without overcrowding. Every category filterable. No clutter, no noise.

Full e-commerce stack

Stripe payment integration, stock manager back-office, customer manager, contact forms and online payment connected to multiple entities, built and configured from scratch.

Analytics from day one

GA4 set up and configured on launch. The client went from zero visibility to full traffic, conversion and behaviour tracking immediately.

Geolocation integration

Location-based features built in for local customer relevance — helping the store connect with its Almada community alongside its broader online presence.
