Co-Founder, Copywriter & Strategist

Ottilie is a content expert with 13 years of experience building content systems that drive measurable results across technology, luxury hospitality, and talent acquisition.

At POW, Ottilie leads content strategy, messaging and editorial direction for every client engagement. She works directly with clients to understand their audience, sharpen their message and build the content infrastructure that makes their marketing compound over time.

She is proficient in Salesforce Analytics, Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), which means her content recommendations are always grounded in what the data actually shows.

She’s based in York.

Pedro Oliveira

Co-Founder, Graphic & Brand Designer

Pedro is an experienced designer with 15 years of experience turning brand strategy into visual systems that work.

He started his career at Millennium BCP, Portugal's largest private bank, working across everything from internal communications to the brand stage at Rock in Rio Lisbon. He has since worked in and alongside London agencies including AMV BBDO, on campaign and pitch work for national brands.

At POW, Pedro leads all design and technical delivery, brand identity, web design, User Experience (UX), code, and the infrastructure that holds every client project together. He works directly with clients from first brief to final delivery. No account managers, no briefing chains.

His background spans brand identity, e-commerce design, web development, and data visualisation which means he can take a brief from strategic concept to finished, live product without anything getting lost in translation.

He’s based in London.
