FAQS
-
Logo design at POW starts at £650. That includes three concepts, two rounds of revisions, and final files in AI, PDF and PNG format with basic usage guidelines. If you also need colour, typography and brand patterns, that's a Brand Identity project starting at £1,500.
-
A brand identity from POW starts at £1,500 and covers your logo, colour palette, typography system, brand patterns and a mockup presentation. If you also want written guidelines covering tone of voice and usage rules, that's a Brandbook from £1,800, or £2,800 for both together as a Full Brand.
-
A brochure or small business website from POW starts at £2,500, designed and built for clarity and conversion rather than decoration. Larger builds are quoted to scope. That covers design and build if your message needs sharpening first, we'd usually suggest starting with Brand and Messaging from £950.

The POW Marketing Diagnostic is a two-week, £750 fixed-price audit. We review your real audience data, your competitors, and every channel and profile you own, then test whether AI assistants recommend you when customers ask. You get one document: what's broken, what it's costing you, and what to fix first.
-
Most branding projects at POW take two to three weeks from brief to final files. Logo-only work is usually quicker; a full brand with guidelines sits at the longer end. The main variable is how quickly feedback comes back — the Marketing Diagnostic is fixed at two weeks regardless.
-
Most businesses that think they need a rebrand actually need a clearer message. If people understand what you do but choose someone else, that's positioning. If they don't understand what you do at all, that's messaging. A rebrand earns its cost when your visuals actively contradict what you're saying.
-
Both founders, directly. Ottilie Wood leads content strategy and messaging; Pedro Oliveira leads design and build. There are no account managers and no juniors between you and the people doing the work. You brief them, and they deliver it.
-
That's fine, most POW projects are one-off pieces of work with fixed starting prices rather than retainers. You can commission a logo, a pitch deck or a single animation without committing to anything ongoing. Retainers exist for social and content work, where consistency is the whole point.
-
Yes. POW is based in York and London and works with businesses across the UK, as well as international clients. Most of the work happens over video calls and shared files regardless of location. If you'd rather meet in person, both cities are straightforward.
-
Every POW project includes two rounds of revisions as standard, and first concepts are a starting point rather than a finished proposal. Further rounds are quoted before we begin them, so there are no surprise costs. If the direction is wrong, we would much rather hear it early.
