An international technology recruitment firm - founders worked in-house, marketing department, 2018–2025
From 2018 to 2025, POW’s founders worked for in the marketing deprtment of a global technology consulting and talent firm. They offered their expertise in content, design and digital marketing, with a number of significant achievements. These included three key projects - a film to launch the company’s new careers site, a dual-audience video series for the Talent Solutions division, and the company-wide corporate social responsibility (CSR) report. Different jobs, different audiences, one brand held together across all of it.
2022 · THE CAREERS VIDEO
We created a sharp video to launch the organisations new careers website and display the brand in motion. It was a lively, vibrant film that showcased the buiness as a great place to work, delivered for both their website and social media.
2023 · TALENT SOLUTIONS
Two audiences, two films, one sub-brand. The B2B video showed businesses how the client builds teams for them. The B2C video connected tech professionals with roles across the Salesforce, SAP and AWS ecosystems. Each was fitted to two different audiences without splitting the brand.
2024 · THE CSR REPORT
K2's company-wide corporate social responsibility report was a 30-plus-page document designed for print and digital. We provided engaging content, data collection and a full brand identity on every page.
The measure of in-house work isn't one deliverable. It's being trusted with the next one. A careers film, a campaign series, company-wide reporting and the ad budget - each year the brief got bigger and the work is still out there.
